Shipping & delivery Information
All products are stored in our warehouse (Pelesos g.1). It takes up to 7 business days to manufacture the products. The delivery time may be longer if the item is a custom order that requires more preparation time. The delivery period starts only when the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

We deliver products only to European countries:
- You can pick up your items for free in Vilnius at:
- Dariaus ir Girėno g.2 / Pelesos g. 1
- In Lithuania:
- From €4
- For purchases over €140 – free delivery
- In Poland, Latvia, Estonia:
- From €10
- For purchases over €250 – free delivery
- In other European countries:
- From €18
Shipping times
- In Lithuania – products are delivered within 2-4 business days.
- In Poland, Latvia, Estonia, and other European countries – up to 9 business days.
Return policy
- If you wish to return an item, you can do so within 14 days from the date of receipt/pick-up.
- The returned item must be complete, in its original, undamaged packaging, and in a resalable condition.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be faulty or damaged and must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. This condition does not apply if the item is defective. The requirement regarding the condition of the packaging does not apply if the packaging had to be damaged to inspect the item.
- When returning an item, you must provide the purchase document.
- The seller has the right to refuse the return if the buyer does not comply with the established return procedure.
- The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
- Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment account used when placing the order.
- IMPORTANT: Personalized products cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they have a manufacturing defect.
